Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. The return request must be raised within this window. After 7 days, we are unable to process returns unless the product is damaged or defective.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be unused and unopened in its original packaging
  • All seals, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Original invoice or order confirmation must be available
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must not be from the non-returnable category

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Products with broken seals (unless received damaged)
  • Items returned without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at support@ujjwalaa.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Our team will review and confirm the return within 2 business days
  • Once approved, pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided
  • Share the tracking details with us after dispatching

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be initiated within 3โ€“5 business days of receiving the return
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3โ€“7 business days depending on your bank
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer โ€” please share your bank details

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products received in a damaged, defective, or wrong condition. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping charges.
