Shipping Policy
We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your Ujjwala products safely and on time, anywhere in India.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 3–5 business days
- Remote and rural areas — 5–7 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak season volumes.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- ₹49 shipping charge on orders below ₹499
- COD orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹30

Delivery Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Some remote locations may not be serviceable by all courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours of placing the order, and a full refund will be issued.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier name
- An SMS notification on your registered mobile number
You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number. For any tracking issues, contact our support team.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:
- For prepaid orders — we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or issue a refund (minus shipping charges)
- For COD orders — the order will be cancelled and no charge will be applied
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing the order.
Shipping Issues
In case of any shipping-related issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:
- Lost in transit — we will initiate a trace with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund
- Damaged package — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs
- Wrong address — if the error is on our part, we will re-ship at no cost; if the error is in the address provided, re-shipping charges apply
